While working on the IBC design to make it adapt quickly to blockchains with consensus other than Tendermint, Octopus used the Internet Computer to build verification proxies. It was then that we discovered novel solutions to fulfilling IBC's unfinished ambition, culminating in a perfect but invisible hub.
